Zoogla is a credit broker, not a lender. We do not provide credit ourselves but facilitate vehicle finance on behalf of our clients from our panel of lenders. All finance is subject to status and income. Applicants must be 18 or over, Terms of Service apply, guarantees and indemnities may be required.

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information to Zoogla.
• Notify Zoogla of any changes to your personal or financial circumstances.
• Be responsible for any agreements made with financial institutions through our services.

Zoogla does not charge a fee but we will receive a commission from the lender which varies based on the product, amount borrowed or your credit score. This doesn’t affect the amount you pay.

Zoogla will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Zoogla is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information provided will be handled in accordance with applicable South African data protection laws. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with Zoogla and its services are owned by or licensed to Zoogla. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of this material without prior written consent from Zoogla.

Zoogla reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the services will constitute acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
